In 2011, Top Talent Checking fixture Manufacturer Co.,Ltd was founded in ShenZhen.
In 2012, Moved to DongGuan; Building cooperation relationship with Magna International Inc.
In 2016, Introduced large-scale CMM equipment and 5 axis CNC equipment; Cooperated with OEM Ford
Completed Porsche, Lamborghini and Tesla CF projects.
In 2016, Dongguan Hong Xing Tool & Die Manufacturer Co.,Ltd was established.
Cooperated with Tesla Shanghai and Sodecia Germany. Built a new R&D laboratory for automation.
In 2017, Top Talent Automotive Fixtures & Jigs Co.Ltd was established（One stop service）
In 2018, Cooperated with LEVDEO automotive and completed the automation production line.
4-axis high-speed CNC was introduced, the total Qty of CNC reached 21.
In 2020, Cooperated with OEM ISUZU in SA ;Completed the RG06 One-Stop Service.
In 2023, TTM moved to a new plant for checking fixture & welding fixture business; adding one 2000T press.

How many dies TTM can handle at one time?

The yearly capacity in die shop our yearly build was 300sets dies,and current we are enlarging the die shop which will allow us more capacity and capability.We had experience to manage customer with 61 dies at a time.So any quantity less than 61 dies at a time we can manage very well.

Ho:How long time you can submit the die and checking fixture and welding line quote?

The quotation lead time depends on the project size and complexity, including stamping dies, inspection fixtures, and welding fixture projects. Normally, for projects with fewer than 15 parts, we can provide a quotation within 3 working days. For projects with fewer than 30 parts, we can complete the quotation within 5 working days. If your project has been awarded and an urgent quotation is required, please communicate with us in advance. We will treat it as a top priority and work closely with your team to meet your required deadline.

What is the warranty period for stamping dies?

Normally, the warranty period for stamping dies is one year after the dies arrive at the customer’s facility, which complies with common industry standards. In actual production, with regular maintenance and proper operation, most of our stamping dies can maintain stable performance for more than five years. Even after the warranty period expires, if customers encounter any issues related to die design, modifications, or spare parts, we will continue to work closely with them to provide technical support and effective solutions.

What is the percentage breakdown of stamping dies, checking fixtures, and welding fixtures/stations/lines in your turnover?

Welding fixtures and automation lines: Account for 45% of our total turnover, with an annual production capacity of approximately 400–600 sets. Metal stamping dies: Account for 37% of our total turnover, with an annual production capacity of approximately 250–300 sets. Checking fixtures: Account for 18% of our total turnover, with an annual production capacity of approximately 2,000 sets. The higher revenue contribution from welding lines and stamping dies is mainly due to their higher value per project compared with checking fixtures.
